How do I code for Internet education in the MTRACX system?
The topic 3 digit Module Code for each Internet module can be found in MI WIC Policy 6.05 Exhibit B. The Provider-Staff Credentials field should be recorded as "09" for Internet. The Evaluation codes should reflect the Stage of Change on completion of the module (this can be found on the Certificate) using the following codes: 4= Precontemplation, 7=Contemplation, 8=Preparation, 9=Action/Maintenance. The Provider-Initials field should be recoreded as "XX"
